How do you think? I played betsoft single deck blackjack but the expected return is not high, I followed the basic strategy to play, so the expected return of single deck BJ should be 99.7%-99.8%(house edge lower than 0.3%)

Any guys have experience on betsoft BJ? Is it rigged?  Cause we can't verify by ourselves, so I think they may be rigged, unless I won many btc in ONE hand so I will consider it is fair.

I have read about ways how casinos can make it rigged by setting it up in a way that user who doesn't change his seed might lose many hands in the start and his bets will be provably fair. Maybe you cna try changing your seed and do the test again.

We will never know, and that's why it is always better to play on provably fair games. At least, we will know after we have been scammed.

I don't think the BJ house edge is actually 0.2 to 0.3%. More like more than triple that. At least that is what I thought..

I don't think we can change our seed on betsoft BJ, cause they don't show us fairness of the game, and we can't verify it. So i can't change my seed.

I think that depends on the number of decks involved.

If thats the case then there is no reason to be playing on the site. Doubting a site which is not provably fair is not worth wasting time on.

Even if a site says 'provably fair', can't they just alter some code without anyone knowing? Don't trust any online gambling service... It's like playing a computerized slot machine in a real casino...

On provably fair sites, the gamblers could and should always verify their bets. If they notice something doesn't match, such as nonce skipping on dicebitco.in, they will know the site is scamming.

They obviously can. For example on some sites owners might rig rolls for people who don't ever bother to change their seeds while betting each time , but if they are identified, they will not have any reputation and people will likely never play on it.

That is incorrect.

The casino could not pay you, but you could verify that the casino is lying by taking note of the client and server seed and the nonce.

Some fishy dice casinos in the past skipped nonces and players lost their money, they were discovered and ran with all the money.

so I think they may be rigged, unless I won many btc in ONE hand so I will consider it is fair.

Fair has nothing to do with winning or losing the bet though. The "fair" words in the Industry standard around here means that the ability for you to check your own bet and verify the house doesnt cheat you which is why provably fair is totally the standard around here

Even if a site says 'provably fair', can't they just alter some code without anyone knowing?

Code , possibly No but server seed yes but still better than none provably fair site without the ability to verify your own bet

Don't trust any online gambling service

So why are you even bother posting in this section? Everything in this section is online gambling though  Cheesy

but you could verify that the casino is lying by taking note of the client and server seed and the nonce.

Another note, change your client seed frequently.

Don't gamble unless it's provably fair, and don't trust provably fair systems unless you follow all the necessary steps to do so.

I tend to not play blackjack online at all. Even Nitrogensports recently had a lot of speculation about being rigged. And its hard to know despite being provably fair. Nitrogen is provably fair but despite that people seem to complain about it.

What did I just read? You will consider it fair if you win a lot in one hand and won't otherwise? Cheesy

Did those people provide any proof?

No, Right? So, you're going to believe a bunch of sore losers, who can't accept their losses. Besides thats pretty common in the gambling industry.

No, I mean online casino can manipulate the result if you bet large per hand, it is not like real casino. So big bets won't win if they are rigged.

LOL WHAT?

Just because you won one hand, doesn't mean the site is rigged.  I've won large amounts on sites that are totally unfair - they have to let you win some time, so you keep playing.... Roll Eyes

LOL, i won't keep playing cause I just wanna make easy money since I lost big bet on US Open, I lost 5btc in first round parlay, damn unlucky so many good players lost the match in round 1 and 2.

So I am still down 1.7btc now, (-5+3+0.3---0.3 was won from other bets = -1.7BTC)
