Escrow is a must (unless you send first)

If you want the coins right away asking BTC-E +10%
Asking +5% if you can wait 48 hours to receive the coins. (In 2 days I can have the money out of PayPal in my bank)

You do understand escrow isn't going to protect you.

I feel like a broken record, but don't take Paypal for BTC.

You can buy stolen Paypal accounts with BTC for like 10-25% face value.

I could get cash to you in shorter time then it would take for you to get cash from your PayPal to your bank account. I would not be interested in your rates and would obviously not send first (we can use escrow).

As a friendly reminder, even if you can get money from your PayPal --> your bank account, PayPal can reverse such deposit if funds are charged back to your PayPal account.
