Good knowledge of SEO is a plus as we want to improve our ratings. You should be devoted to our service and promote it in each and every available way.
However your job is to increase user's base. We do not need someone who can just repost various updates to various social network. Your work will be assessed by various metrics (active users base, churn rate, new users).
