Greetings,

Well its been a couple of months coming - I'm pleased to announce BitPiggy Platform (http://platform.bitpiggy.com) is officially launching! I made am announcement without much fanfare on Twitter about a month ago, and since then we've been adding some polish to the admin interface.

What is BitPiggy Platform?
A collection of hosted services to help bitcoin businesses get their Internet servers up and running with less fuss and configuration. At the moment email SMTP hosting is setup, with more services in the works as I write this.

Email SMTP servers
  • Professional email hosting backed by SendGrid
  • 250 emails/day or 3000 emails/month free
  • $6 USD/month for powerful SendGrid backend access, including real-time stats such as bounce/click/open rates.
While we seek community feedback this add-on is free!

Note: At the moment the payment system has not been setup, as our focus is offering great services that the bitcoin community needs.

Coming services
We're currently working on several new services to help the bitcoin community run their Internet services, and we would love your feedback on what we should prioritize.
  • Outgoing SMS services.
  • Downtime notification like http://Pingdom.com.
  • Error notification like http://AirBrake.io.
  • Email PGP setup guides, to help shield your communication with e.g. customers.

To check it out, go to http://platform.bitpiggy.com and sign up for free email credits + the chance to tell us what services you want!

Cheers,
~Mat
