Yeah there is always a risk both on gambling and investing. Naughty sites may run with all your invested money, so people need to be wise on both.

First of all, you're wrong to say that you can not profit from a casino in the long run. Although it is rare, it happens.

Secondly.  Investing does not mean you will be profitable in the long run.  As Eastwind mentioned, the casino can run away with your funds, what if several whales come along and bankrupt your investment?  What if the site gets their money stolen?  Tons of ways you might lose your investment.

When you make a bet and starts feels you are about to loose then make cross bet so that you will not lose anything.It is far better to get something instead of loosing everything.

Why does everyone think this is a strategy?  It isn't at all.  It is just gambling using the faucet, and then hopefully guessing right on minesweeper, no strategy at all.  You can't say, I am going to get lucky and use that as my strategy.

There is no trick as far as gambling is concerned .The only trip you can have is one you get from playing a particular game and having a good amount of exposure while playing it .Thats in short your experience matters a lot while playing such games.

Your experience has nothing to do with this game.  It is a game based on 100% luck and you can't be experienced in luck.  There is no strategy, it is just a guessing game and hoping for the best

It does work in the short term, but not in the long term as this game has a house edge, I have tried this out myself and I have won, but I have also lost; this isn't really a strategy; it's about luck. It's worth a try though, just remember to quit while you're ahead.

People need to stop bringing this thread up about it being a strategy and stuff.  It isn't, stop calling that.  It is basically a guessing game and hope you get lucky. 

That is like me starting a thread and saying I have the best strategy in the world.  Win at gambling and you will be in profit.

I have read a bit in wikipedia about minesweeper and it is quite interesting. There are researches about minesweeper strategies, patterns and other cool stuff. It gives you hints how to start the game and how to recognize the patterns during the game.
It also highlights that in some cases you just can't predict the mine's proper location with any of the strategies or patterns, you have to guess. This is where luck comes in and this is why you just can't build a real gambling strategy on it.
So no magical trick or strategy for this too, unfortunately.

From the wording of your post, it seems to me you have been confused about two different games.
The one you described looks to be the Minesweeper game in Windows, in which you will be given hints on how many mines are in the surrounding squares. As you get more and more familiar with the "patterns of the number of mines in the surrounding", you will find it easy to locate the mines.
On the other hand, the game discussed in this thread is a completely different thing, in which the mines are always placed randomly with a provably fair system. There are no strategies nor patterns at all.

Thanks for the clarification. In this case this game is just equals (taking into consideration the chance to win or lose) to slots and dice etc. In this case you can't prepare for it, it is also pure luck based. Because of this, there should not be any strategy to win ot, defenately.
