Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

USB Miner?
That could be pretty much anything, a block erupter 333Mh/s, an antminer U3...
Just use the google machine and enter it's name and 'tutorial' behind it to get some videos/forum posts to answer your query. My erupter just works when I plug it in and start cgminer. Bitminter picks the little thing up too, I don't know what your erupter is so I can't add more input.

Hi there, I'm from South Africa.
This means I'm poor, I guess.
