Be sure to use an on-forum escrow service when dealing with the OP. The OP knows what will/will not result in him receiving a favorable outcome in a LBC dispute which may or may not be equitable to both parties involved.

edit: also the highest the majority of exchangers will even start out in asking for is 10% so if the OP is asking for a larger premium then you can most likely find a better deal elsewhere on the forum
