Mr 2000, You are trying to scam in three ways #1 - your LBC account has an advertisement setup so that others must pay 14% over the market rate. This is much too high and amounts to scam #2 - your LBC account is out of bitcoin. This implies you are trying to trade outside of LBC and is a huge red flag #3 - You are trying to use PayPal to buy bitcoin. These two do not mix and will result in someone getting scammed.
