Finally i got my old wallet sorted...
I had it in sync for a short time, but if it got behind it never could catch up again,
instead my node started banning node after node ("missbehaving") until i only had 1 conection left.

Solution was to sync the node again with a fresh wallet.dat and restart with the original wallet.dat and let it rescan.
I then sent my coins to the exchange and back to a new fresh wallet.dat, seems to work fine now.

I have 25 connections - thats a bit high for a "dead coin" is'nt it?
Guys, this coin is far from dead, its a quality coin.
The Dev was always dedicated when active, he also had some POS plans for HXX.
Just give him time, he had some rl issues, hopefully we'll see him back.
Back. Been exhausted by real life things.

I tried solomining and got a block within minutes so just keep  mining or buy some coins at this ridiculous low price.

Nah, I think its Ok.
The network is STRONG , i´ve got 45 connections, people are mining coz blocks are coming in.

And everyone is busy watching Bitcorn do its thing.

A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

No. I think this project was dead and Dev had gone away with investors' money . From that time We have not yet seen any actions from Dev and many investors got stuck when They joined this project. Perhaps investors had bought hxx coins at the high price so they do not want to sell it at the very cheap price then they must wait for new pump chance to escape from this coin but I think it's quite difficult to do this action at this time.

HXX seems like a good option for someone who are interesting to take over or revive a coin. Currently the lowest marketcap(5 BTC) Zero coin protocol. Zoin went ~170x after some ppl decided to take over and revived it

I agree. A lot of work for HXX is done already and its listed on Cryptopia and Yobit. I'm looking at easy 5 mil marketcap if community takes over
