If Bitcoin succeeds as a currency and makes it into mainstream use, you are still in the VERY EARLY stages.  It could collapse and become worthless if it fails, but assuming long term success and mainstream use, I wouldn't be surprised to see the exchange value exceed $1000 (USD) = 1 BTC in the next 5 years or so.
