I don't think a facebook bitcoin discussion group ever worth 0.1btc even..it maybe costs highly 0.01btc because here are dozen of bitcoiners who will join our newly created groups in 1momth so making a facebook group with a lot of bitcoiners is way too easy

LOL even if they are posting there links.You get some views and exposure on your posts as well.You can advertise on cover and pin post.It really works well.

I'm sorry buddy but your group doesn't cost that much. Rather than people just postig referral link, it will take time to clear things out and set the main topic of the group as bitcoin. Plus your members doesn't really care about others posts so I think it will not be worth it.
