I have ported the open-ethereum-pool to open-expanse-pool ! The thing about expanse that puzzles me is the volume traded, it's huge compared to its relative marketcap. Coins with similar market caps don't have even a quarter of its daily volume even coins with big market cap with 10-30 million market cap have smaller or similar volume.
I thought it was margin trading but can't find it in poloniex margin traded coins, what is the reason for this unusually high volume for such a small cap coin, can some of our more knowledgable friends in this forum explain this situation.

Exactly, how is this possible  . Logically it suggests almost all the people who own the coin are in a rush to sell  An an equally large number of people eager to buy Or Unless some whale is just trading coins between accounts to keep volume high. Any way am glad I made a decent profit on expanse Rise so not complaning. |

Mining difficulty has about doubled in the last day or two. Lots of hashrate coming over, probably from ETH (myself included a week or two ago ). And miners usually dump for profit. It'll be interesting to see if the price can support the influx of coins from miners! |

Holy shit! so marketcap from coinmarketcap.com is fake? it should be around $ 10 M (not $ 1.5 M) available supply is not 2,066,139 EXP but smth around 13,000,000 EXP!!!! 2 M (honestly mined) +11 M premined (so called DAO reserve) +0.5 M (premined - for developers) = 13.5 M coins, $0.76 per coins => $ 10 M market cap. am i right? or missed something? |
