This is interesting idea, I am not sure how you would choose to distribute coins. It`s your project. If you want to bring focus on crypto and Bitcoin then would be better to that public and not limited for Bitcointalk users only.

But those guys were whales to begin with. You don't even have 20 bucks.

if you want to do a giveaway, you should make a topic in games and rounds section.

and honestly i think it is better to do your giveaway on reddit and give only to new people who don't already know about bitcoin in order to "spread the word"

First of all, welcome to the forum and to the Bitcoin world! I really like your spirit and if your intentions are true and real. We might use a man like you.

My advice, keep your bitcoins for yourself and come here and join us in discussing and promoting Bitcoin. Also bring us a friend or two of yours in the process. This will help more the Bitcoin world than couple of cents worth of bitcoin that you might distribute to everyone.
