How do greek banks work with bitcoin?
They're as neutral as a bank can be. I've received euro remittances from bank accounts of exchanged located abroad and never had to go through questioning. That's what everyone had to go through before we had Greek exchanges, but as far as I know no problems caused by Greek banks.
Is it safe to trade bitcoin with bank transfers?
Yes. No problems with personal transactions. If you're going to do business though I think it'd be best to contact the bank.
Is there any greek card that will work with bitcoin? Like xapo or advcash?
No Greek card but those cards work in Greece.
Is there any cards in Greece that could fit in what we are looking for in this thread?
From a Greek bank and completely anonymous. As a Greek citizen that isn't common, I've never seen it. You should contact the bank, imo. They have support in English.
Please tell me all prepaid cards that you know and how easy is to get them.

Details from that page:
If you are not a Piraeus Bank customer, bring with you the necessary
supporting documents. You are not required to open an account or get any other product. You receive your card and PIN immediately. Once you load it at the branch cashier, you can use it straightaway until you have used up all the available balance.
If you are a Piraeus Bank customer, just show your ID card. Within just a few minutes, you receive your reloadable card.
As far as I know, that's not too different from other banks.
