1) The thing you are trying to do is called trust farming
2) You will not get that loan without a solid collateral, your full member account wont do.
3) To delete the thread, move it to archive, its in the lower right corner.

You can edit it.

And yeah you can edit it as well to something like "nvm" I'll edit my post or delete it accordingly if you like, although now that you are aware of the rule, don't try doing it again.
