vcc for google cloud plataform and aws

hi, i need to create an aws or google vps, and i need to creat an account, but a cant get it, al the vcc i have used does not work, i have try with neteller vcc, and one vcc that a buyed in https://www.oplata.info, so can any one help me?

which vcc work whit aws or google cloud? thanks

I read before that google close a lot of accounts which was verified with virtual visa cards like netler vcc
So it is better to use a real visa. To avoid closing your account after some days only

ok but in my country there is no cc in usd, so that is why a try to found a way to create an google cloud account!
