This is a very clever way to pass the buck, and shifting the blame to their own customers. I think the red flags went up for them, when people warned them that it's against the UK laws to sabotage a network in this way. Now they want their customers to do the dirty work for them. It's also a hidden publicity stunt to gather new customers. Who will not want free money?

They might just make more enemies than friends from this whole exercise. I will never use their services, even if they paid me.  ^Grin^

I see in another thread that they posting the private keys so users can claim the funds on those addresses. I wonder what the additional load is, if any,on the nodes from all the users importing those addresses into their wallets and or sweeping those keys into their wallets. Guess it will only really be from the side of the SPV clients.

These guys are smart and they have worked this out to the tee. They give out addresses and private keys, but they claim it themselves before other people can sweep it. The

frenzy they create from people trying to sweep the same bitcoins has increased the workload on the Blockchain. If anyone takes them on in court, they will simply say that they

made these private keys available to the public and they never swiped it themselves. This attack is costing them way less than what they are saying. {$48,000}

You have to give it to them... they found a good backdoor to hide the real attack.... I will never use their services, if they are this sly.

I have zero respect for their services, their "stress test" bullshit, or the other lies they use to do what is essentially a denial-of-service attack on Bitcoin.

If I worked in their datacenter, I'd yank their fucking server so fast you'd hear the drives whine like gyroscopes as it fell to the floor.
