Is there any command to check, when coins will be mature enough to start staking ?

Pos coins are usually slow to start with and they pick up as they go along if you ask people i'm sure they will say the same. now aslong as your payment has been fully confirmed by that i mean not only the tx confirmations but minting confs and it is over 3 hours old and your wallet has been open for 3 hours min then all should be great the MAIN wallet where the give away coins are being sent from was staking until i started sending tx's
