Allcoin.com locked my account.

I am Japanese and Trading at Allcoin.com.
Allcoin.com was locked my account,2week ago.
I do not know exactly the reason.

It is not returned contact even send mail.
There are many people that account has been locked in Japanese.
The amount of damage is not small.

But,I do not know where to do should I accuse.

It passed about a month, but there is no contact.
Allcoin.com remain locked my account.
Whereabouts of my coin I do not know.
It does not have to be in violation of Terms.

When I  withdrew part of monacoin , they locked the account.

My coins remain in the account of allcoin.com.
