I am selling 16,396 Bitcoin Related Email Addresses for Marketing.

I received these email addresses from an old bitcoin marketing site I ran, When the user signed up they were informed if they accepted the agreement that their email would be sold on.

All of these users are subscribed to receive marketing emails from anyone who buys this list

Was it extremely fine print that you would have to read through a very long ToS to find?

Not fine print at all, It was one of the main conditions, We had no fine print on the site just a list of 5 conditions in a <h2></h2> HTML header.

They all knew what they were agreeing to.
