ZeusHash withdraw to nirvana

i send 3BTC to my Zeushash Account, but the GHS-Product i want to buy was out of stock.
so i send back 2.999 BTC to my wallet, i become a withdraw confirmation-mail, and the amount
of BTC is out of my zeushash-wallet.
But, the 2.999BTC never came in my destination wallet, it goes to another destination.
the wallet destination in my e-mail confirmation in the mail was correct, so i wait one day and
write a mail to zeushash support (no answer).

The IDs from the transactions:
Transfer to my Zeushash wallet: cdf18c6dcb56c1538dcb84d1f329e7d8d5f096bc37a0a6dd4c1d35a5b0bac6d6

Transfer back from Zeushash to my wallet destination goes to another wallet, the adress confirmed in
the mail was correct: You are withdrawing 2.99990000 BTC (fee: 0.00010000 BTC) from ZeusHash to address 1J4pZXP64SKKQJrwhDpXzaDQWjRKL5d94b

but it goes to: 99b7292e7c994d808cefff9f2c53d859fa12942912d1af0bdba0064a8a00f0bc 

from this destination it goes to 989443d7a39fbe15b9812345e55d3cea4cea27a47cc758b321c21862dbafaa1c

im no blockchain expert and im not sure i understand the transactions correct, but fact is the coins
never come back in my destination wallet.

I'd suggest you contact Zeushash support and get this looked into, as I doubt anyone here can help you.

i have a bad feeling about this company, no answer to e-mail and ticket.
is there any user here that contacted zeushash support and become a answer?
i think they dont exist and my coins are gone.

To whom it may concern.

On September 17 at 21: 30h, I made a withdrawal from my wallet to the address ?1KHFRUikkoKPCUMJKaPDTrXkN7gTpFhWKX?, which also belongs to me, for the amount of 1.33042674 BTC. I have not received the deposit of this transfer. I have received a confirmation email with a link, and I visited it and it showed me a message that the transaction was approved, but after several days, I have not received anything in the destination wallet. According to the Blockchain page ?https://blockchain.info/es/address/1KHFRUikkoKPCUMJKaPDTrXkN7gTpFhWKX?, this address has not received any transaction so I infer that from the site ZeusHash no transfer has been made to this address.

I expect a soon response with your comments.

Man this sucks! I hope that you will get your money after all. 3 BTCs is quite a lot of money. What I do before I invest or send my coins to some site that I am not sure about is that I investigate really throughly before I decide to use their service.

This is not 100% sure but very often negative feedbacks are all over the place. For example, last night I used shapeshift.io for the first time. And I investigated them before using them.

This is just a necessity, Bitcoin ecosystem has become a scam mecca.

i too tried to withdraw.first it asked not to withdraw but buy more hashrate.ignored it and the site said i succeded and within 24 hours ill get it.i doubt and waiting.i ll tell it tomorrow.

I do not want to scare you but after GAWminer scam I no longer use zeushash

yesterday i mailed again to support, i will report this lost BTC to badbitcoin and other communitys,
and today in the morning i become an answer:

"Hello, I have understood the question you reflect. Because we have just taken over Jose, we are a new team. Early bitcoin they have not yet handed over to us. Now think of a treatment program, the amount of your withdrawal we're going to convert to GHS get to you. You can think about it."

I write back, as first option i will have back my BTC, if they cannot handle this, i must do the second option and convert.
but anyway, i cannot understand that they have no way to pay 3BTC that are lost in zeushash responsibility, what t.. fu.. is that for
cloudmining company?

they have not withdraw my coins, they have not converted to GHS, and no answer to
my last messages

Their site has been having a lot of trouble these past few days.

It's back up now, but my account hasn't seen a mining reward since 2015-10-19 20:59:02.

Anyone else showing the same?

Support-Team mailed me, they will check this missing withdraw, but then
again no answer for more than a week.
i have mailed the support several times every week since september, i will mail furthermore.

I just received e-mail from zeushash support about those missing withdraws. They said all withdraws are suspended and they will sort out all pending withdraws during this weekend.

Since 09.09.2015 i missed my withdrawal from Zeushash, from Time to Time i take a look
in the Account to see what happend.
I mailed support several times, they have no interest to help and i give up.



In the internal Mailsystem it seams that the withdraw from 09.09.2015 is going out at 20.09.2015 ,
but without an TransactionID
