Please be as specific as you can when you put in a request to get tickets, i.e. which game you want to see, seat/section number you want, your name/email to transfer the tickets to, how many tickets you are purchasing, etc.

What we suggest doing (as we are spending money upfront to get your tickets) is for us to send your tickets the day of the game and then (if possible) you release escrow once you are at the game.
