WalletBit Virtual Visa

Hello,

I did a search here on the forum, but did not find an answer to my issue.
I have been attempting to purchase a virtual visa from my WalletBit dashboard for the past couple of days, but each time a click to submit (Request Virtual Visa Card), I receive the following error message:

Please stand by, our card provider apparently has issues.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Have you contacted WalletBit about the issue? I find there support quite good.

I've submitted a trouble ticket there and will wait for a response.
Who knows - since I am new to using BitCoins, it could very well be something I am doing wrong.
