Very nice video and nice advertisement for Bitcoin, even though I can't say outright is this an explanation for Bitcoin or just an explanation what will be some future, centralized blockchain in comparison with Bitcoin.

It will be interesting to see what did all these banks come up to and how will they handle situation. They are in it 100% for a blockchain technology, but nobody mentions Bitcoin, they are just mentioning like Bitcoin!

Very soothing voice, nice little blurb on bitcoin. We should get more word out,I know my first time using bitcoin was bit terrifying.
Getting the people that are not to savy on board needs to be pushed more.

I am in the same boat,I see something about mining and start to gloss over. Wish I had the concentration to fixate on how bitcoin works like I do with my gambling.

I like this video, its a bit short on details but I think that it can pique the interest of Bitcoin in some way. It's really lacking details for the end user but otherwise shed some light and explain a few things, since most people that I know just steer clear from it saying Bitcoin is shady, a scam, or a criminal's method of transferring money. GG media? =/

Very nice video! I love that finally major banks are taking into consideration the power of the blockchain and it's  potential uses... Saw this in another thread today and thought it relates to this topic.

http://www.coindesk.com/jpmorgan-ceo-expresses-optimism-about-blockchain-tech/

Though the CEO is remaining somewhat skeptical about all of this, it's a huge improvement... and would be a huge step forward, especially in the US if JPMorgan jumps on board with this.

Yeah, but you have to think... most of people now and days have the attention span of a mosquito.  So a short, and to the point video that explains the implications of what the blockchain is about and what it could mean for the future of businesses, stocks, banks, voting, etc. is a very good thing.

I know all of this but gave it a watch just out of interest. Very interesting & informative without being 'too much' for the less knowledgable tech wise.

Nice find Litecoinguy!

I would guess so, but it seem to me like most people would not even understand what the video wish to say. For people with basic knowledge of transaction methods, i'm sure this would be a great help but this video would not explain much to people who know pretty much zilch.

A.K.A.; Pretty much everyone on a global scale.

It looks like MarketWatch took this video from Vimeo. If you want to watch the original video without needing to sit through the advertisements from MarketWatch you can find it here:

Yes this video is great.

I think many more videos should be made in simple english. Much more needs to be done to promote bitcoins to new people if it is to have any traction in the future. The more people understand the basic concepts of bitcoin the more they will tell friends and the more it will be used.
