are you needing the replacement fan to change out the damaged/dead fan? or trying to mod the existing fan to play with?
for mod and play around, there are a few other options but they may not meet the original high RPM specs but many reported it works and some does not.

The original fan its ok, but i want second fan. Can the contoller S5 give power for two fan's (1,5A + 3,9A) at 12volt (60watt~) ?
Is the power line of controller S5 OK for 60watt or not?

Many folks don't worry about trying to speed control a 2nd fan. They just wire it up to some 12V line on the power supply and let it run at it's normal (i.e. full) speed. Think of it as a case fan from a PC that isn't controlled. You probably don't want to choose an even louder fan if you go this route.

no those fans wont work on S5 controllers, tried it , in fact a lot here have, some have even bricked a S5 or two because they kept pushing it . there is a way of speed controlling them off a PSU http://www.ebay.com/itm/181694032917?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I don't know how well it works, i have two laying around i bought for the hell of it.I have no need for even on my grindseed, i found way quieter fans that work. I'll use them one day to see how they work . I just linked it for you as a option. .

But do you realy wand a second jet engine? I have like 9 of them that i don't use. For a couple of bux you can have them. Don't know where you at? And if you wand to make it more quiet.... I suggest the Noctula 3000 rmp industrial. And then make some extra cooling ribs from a S1 I think this is the best air cooled S5 there is. But of course i made it so it's extra good......

Yes, the Noctua 3000 rmp is the best fan for me and has 6 year guarantee!
But I have 2 X delta fan tfc1212de 3.9A and I am afraid of using it on controller S5. Is 45-50watt too much?

Wire the +12 and a ground line direct to the power supply, wire only the PWM, Speed Sensor, and a ground to the S5 controller plug - do NOT leave a +12V line wired to that plug. Don't need a fancy external controller to do this sort of thing, just have to be able to do the wiring, optimally with a spare female MOLEX 4-pin "peripheral" type connector instead of hardwiring to the PS for that +12V and ground to the PS wiring.
Yes, you'll have to split the ground lead somehow, or splice into it.
You might not get the full flow out of the fan though, since the S5 controller is expecting a lower RPM fan. IMO better to just run the fan off the PS, don't bother with PWM, and just leave the speed sensor line and a ground in place to monitor it and keep the S5 controller happy.

I'm successfully using a Twister Storm (push) and a Slip Stream (pull) - keeping my S5s around 60 degrees with a frequency of 375 @ 1.2 Th/s. Noise to a bare minimum @ around 40dBA, it is like having the sound of a powerful PC or some hard working laptop!

I've just tried the brand new SilverStone as a more powerful replacement for my (already) powerful Twister Storm from Enermax. The fan install went well, albeit a bit tight on the frame as a 140mm - for information it's a snug 4-pin PWM. Then sometime after the boot sequence, I'm going the dreaded bip and the RPM drop as well as hashing. I can't understand as the new fan being more powerful by a good +20 CFM with superior static pressure. I'm not planning to use them on S5 but on my forthcoming S7 and I'm concern that it will not work properly on the new unit.
