Hmmm... A video game that you can earn bitcoin with, like minecraft modded with bitcoin-giving minigames, or an FPS game that gives satoshi instead of game points.

The Idea very Much Depends on the Budget , What is Your Budget and What type of area in which you are looking Forward .
For me if you wanna Flourish In a short amount of Time then i will Suggest you to Open a currency Exchange Market , I see a lot of Potential in it.
Other Ideas Depends Upon The Budget.

yes the idea is not so bad, but instead of minecraft ( that there is already servers who use bitcoin as an economy ) i would choose a mmorpg, you know, those  games required lot of time and dedication, so maybe is not a bad idea to implement bitcoin on an style of game like an mmorpg.

Any idea, which is not your own idea (or passion) will get you bored...eventually...before you're ready to launch at all.

And if you do get a great idea...how are you gonna realize it, technically and financially. ?
Only bother if you have the resources (time, skill, money) or you're gonna do this professionally.

How about sport gaming which use bitcoin as payment, AFAIK there are still no sport game which use/accept bitcoin as payment.(not gambling just play sport game)

I would have to say I would like to see someone create a multiplayer chess game where people can load and bet BTC against other players.

That's include in sport game, i ever seen on this forum someone posted about chess game which can play multiplayer, but the game is still in beta version when i last time i see.(forget the link)
