hello, i need a virtual card (debit/prepaid) and have found this site http://www.instantvirtualcreditcards.com/?bitcoin=1, but i dont now...is it a scam site??
please help, i need this virtual card only for online shopping

Doesn't seem all that legit to me, why not give Advcash a try? They specialize in virtual credit cards, to be funded with BTC & other payment methods.

i have now an account and sent for a test 20$, once payment has 6 confirmations, i can create a virtual card "instant"

Advcash should do the job like the above member mentioned , there is also E-coin.io which is legit aswell and I'am using it .
Virtual card is totally free , you can simply send BTC to your E-coin wallet then from E-coin you load your Visa card Wink Yes it can be used to verify Paypal . (It's Visa and not MasterCard like Advcash)

You mean verifying the passport or the ID ? Then no you don't need to , you just make an account and make the Virtual card and start working with it without any issues .
You have to verify only to rise limits of the card as far as I know .

That is correct, it has a US$2500 limit without verification if i'm not mistaken
