I just thought everyone should watch out for kalyhost I purchased a VPS server and immediatly they sent me details to my server with just an IP adress and password. They never supplied the username which is usually root. After I realised i couldnt connect to the supplied VNC or SSH after a couple of hours so I emailed  them got no respones after 2 days i emailed them again stating that if they cant get the server back up to send it back to the reciving bitcoin address. Still no respones, today i tried connecting to the server still nothing. Ive heard on the IRC chat that some people use them for domains and no problems but the fact is that they claim they have 24/7 email support and that is not the case. I still dot think the donor recieved his refund yet.

I was able to get kalyhost working but one time my site is down for no reason and went up for no reason.

I sent an email but never got it back. The only thing that ever worked is emailing magicaltux. For me, this means I should not relies on a single webhost for my website. I need to spread my site over several hosts, but that mean my hosting bill will goes up.

Wish there's a good way to decentralize hosting for my website.

You should not directly mail kalyhost when having problem with your services, but use the web interface from the kalyhost manager.

Although things get fixed quickly when you report them, their communication could need some polishing.

Still haven't heard anything from them by email. Kept getting automated messages saying my service will expire.
When I guess someone else on facebook posted a complaint after my own complaint, kalyhost only replied towards him and he was having similar issues.
Don't believe anybody that says Kalyhost is a good provider they are probubly apart of kaly host trying to keep up the good name.
I've heard of over 5 reports/accounts with kalyhost not supplying any server what so ever, just a black hole for your bitcoins.
It's disgusting.....

I can vouch for KalyHost providing me VPS and I am not part of KalyHost.

That being said, I am now weary of hosting only with them because of unexplained downtime.
