i received some coin's from Eclipse mining pool

and it has zero confirmation's and i want to send it without waiting for a confirmation as Eclipse pool will not try a double spend attack

and is there a way to send it after it received 1-confirmation if it is not possible with 0 confirmation

The protocol will allow you to transfer 0-confirm txs however the Satoshi client will not.  There is no override (other than compile your own fork) possible.

You can send after 1 confirm.  I believe the GUI will let you but if it doesn't then it is possible using bitcoind (or debug window in GUI).

bitcoind sendtoaddress <address> <amount>

Of course, by the time you got the reply from DeathAndTaxes you would already have received 1 confirmation.

Interesting.  I had assumed that a transaction from a mining pool would make it into a block pretty quickly, even if it was a small transaction with no fee.
