That is quite expensive. I suggest you use prevalent paying system for your signature campaign instead of offering vps in exchange that will attract more members to your signature campaigns and not just those who are intersted in vps

this VPS is like RDP ? remote dekstop ? (VPS windows)
so if i join in 1week i will get Dedicated VPS OpenVZ SSD ( 2 cpu, 200GB storage, 2TB BW, 4GB RAM)

I will answer your questions as it follows

q1. What makes it so expensive? CPU specs?
a1. Network, Location, Staff, Servers - All these things fall in place at the end, also not allowing overselling in our cloud servers. We make sure all vm's and servers are within reasonable resources to make sure all clients are happy. Please read full network ISP into our Core routers, keep in mind that some ISP may count for you but for others it may. http://nocroom.com/datacenter/

Also All Servers do not run of a single drive but run on RAID10+1, all 300+ servers

q2. The specs do not sound that amazing, you can buy a physical server for a few hundred dollars with better specs (as far as I know, the idea of hiring hosting is saving money).
a2. Sure, yu still need to colo your server and we can do that as well

q3. I suppose your windows is licensed, right? if not, why Linux is cheaper than Windows? (setting up both is pretty much the same).
a3. of course all windows must be licensed, Linux is opensource compared to Windows

q4. What Linux/Windows do you offer? Whatever the user wants or do you have restrictions?
a4. We can pretty much offer any OS, any Linux Favor and Windows from win7 desktop to win 2012 server

q5. There is a lot of info to be added.
