I don't usually do this, but I'll make an exception.

This 'seller' isn't very cooperative, avoids some answers and doesn't offer vouch copies, so I guess it's fair to express my opinion here.

I think he wants to offer a guide on how to make multiple Uber accounts, verify them with disposable phone numbers and use free and/or empty virtual/prepaid credit cards.

You are always billed for the Uber ride at the end of the ride. However, if you don't have enough balance, you will have to pay the debt in order to use Uber again.

After your account is on debt, you make another one and so on. The Uber drivers ALWAYS get paid, regardless if the client has balance or not. Uber covers all expenses for them.

If this isn't the method you're selling, then please disregard my ideas. However, you could try to be more friendly and offer a review copy or provide more details.

p.s: the 'method' above was not tested by me or anyone else, it's just an idea I have. I only have one real account with them and use them regularly. Because Uber is kind of new in my country, I benefited from inviting a dozens of friends and gained free rides anyway.

Well from what a reviewer posted "to them" it's not worth $30. Sounds like there are many steps involved. You may want to promote to people in your country since Uber appears to be different everywhere. The last thing I saw on Uber outside of the U.S. involved flying objects, cars being bashed in from what appears very angry cab drivers.  What works in your country in general may not work worldwide. I also suggest you request monies for your digital good in relation to what someone in your country may be able to afford.

Perhaps start by stating what country you're in and where you've been successful in making this work time and time again. Proof would also help.

I'd think it would be the company. If they were holding drivers liable for all losses, they wouldn't make it far. And Uber makes a lot off everything regardless, so they can sustain the hit. That said, this seems extremely shady and brings about ethical issues.

Perhaps the method is on cracking Uber accounts and then buying a ride via an unsuspecting Uber customer. If that was the case, then it's just the Uber client who is losing money unsuspectingly.
