Happened with satshibet as well, no response for a week, with primedice (support answers in a week) and many other sites, is it really hard to wait for some time? I understand you think it is your money so why can;t you get it instantly but there may be problems you may not be aware of(or owner doesn't want you to know for some reason).I think the delay as the reply has stated is because of cold-wallet retrieval.

AFAIK bitdice has automatic withdrawals, see the post carefully OP is talking about cold wallet retrieval hence the delay, probably because the amount requested for withdraw was larger than the amount in hotwallet.
