The account is not from a defaulted loan.
It does not have any pending loans and is not banned from any sig campaigns that I know of. It was previously already in a sig campaign.

I am also interested in buying a sr. member account but the factors you mentioned are important I think it will be nice if there could be a script to tell us the complete status of an account just like the account value calculator.
My budget for this account is lower than the quoted price, so it is not worth mentioning here.
