First is the curiosity which make the people to use bitcoin. It is a new thing and different one from the other things they have tried. Then I think that the use of bitcoin is not complicate. At least after learning it. Because at the beginning must be a little patient and to be open mind about the new things. After it would be possible to learn how to use it very easy a very fast.

Bitcoin can be complicated years ago, with only Bitcoin-qt (now known as Bitcoin Core) available as wallet. Now, with the rise of SPV clients, synchronization is done in a matter of minutes. The only few things to know about Bitcoin is confirmations, transaction ID and address. The buying process can be complicated if you are trading in an exchange as there are several barriers of verification to go through. For ATMs, only a driver license is needed.

Yes. Till ATM reaches every where, people find some complicated process to buy or sell their bitcoins. I also found too hard to go with bitcoin-qt in my initial days. But that problem is quickly resolved when i chose to go with light weight wallets. Everything in this world has come difficulties. To reach our target, we need to bear those. |

bitcoin is complicated as a technology if you want to get into all the technological details like what and how mining is.
but the thing is that the end user does not need to know about any of those things. nowadays you can easily open up an account on coinbase for example and easily buy bitcoin and spend it without the need to know any of the technological detail behind it.

I don't think bitcoin is complicate for me. But I can say bitcoin is more complicate than traditional bank system. A Long wallet address and hash make it looks like complicate for most people who don't know about cryptocurrency system. But right now bitcoin is better than five years ago. Many of bitcoin wallet providers have updated to user friendly interface so non-expert can use it without having problem.

With fiat we have to keep the physical money, but with Bitcoin we just have to keep the private key that can be printed on a piece of paper.

Bitcoin is still more easier to use current available options like internet banking and transfer of money.You need not to learn rocket science to start using Bitcoin.I see Bitcoin more user friendly and easy to use for everyone.

I found it very hard when I first started using bitcoin. Updating the blockchain on the computer was the hardest thing to do you didn't know what or if it was downloading and also typing and checking your address to make sure its correct.
This is why SPV wallets are so popular, they don't require the download of the entire blockchain. |

So we need to get bitcoin to a point where it is big enough that those people can't ignore it, and that's by gaining more users, and the easier it is to use the more users it can retain. |
