Vinny Lingham said, in Consesus 2015, the following phrase:
" If you don't simplify the use of bitcoin, why would people want to use it as a currency?

What do you think about that, check the whole article in the following link:
http://www.coindesk.com/trust-law-enforcement-and-killer-apps-consensus-2015-morning-sessions/

Everything which is a new, unique technology that challenges the flow of everyday life to change in a fundamental way is "complicated". During the first years of automobiles in America there was chaos and collisions everywhere; Alas human-beings are wonderful at adapting to change, and have an intuition towards positive change. Bitcoin is becoming more common, secure, integrated, simple and valuable as time passes.

Growing pains are inevitable, but the future will be a revolutionary economy.

No, it is more than easy to use bitcoin.
Some people would find complicated to see their first bitcoin on bitcoin-qt (now bitcoin core). Other than this using bitcoin and getting into our storeage of investment, honestly I do not find any difficulties. All the above it made ease of using obline virtual moeny. Really bitcoin is a digital smarter money.

Using BTC right now is like using BTC in 1986 with the insane BSD Linux shell and all. Well not that bad actually, but what I mean is, the room for improvement is immense. In 10 years time the use of BTC will make the current use of BTC look like some ancient thing. The interfaces will be much better and the average Joe will not have to deal with ugly looking addresses.

Initial synchronization is a concern for many of new bitcoin users. The solution to that is light weighted wallets.
People do not need to understand how bitcoin works but they need to understand the need of bitcoin and it's purpose for modern days rights to human beings. Bitcoin complications are for advanced users not for the beginners.

I would say this is one of Bitcoins largest flaws.  I know a lot of people who are not computer literate and they would have an extremely difficult timing adapting if this became the currency.  I completely agree with the article, if it doesn't become simplified, it will have a hard time taking off in those people.

Kind of complcated I found in my early days of bitcoin was, converting into my fiat as it fluctuate all the time I could not pay my freelance employees the fixed amount of satoshi to them. But finally I solved as easy as by referring to a site and asked my emploeees to the same.

Especially buying and securing your coins. These two operations are extremely complicated and need to get to the point that everybody, even computer illiterate can do it successfully. When we manage to do that, then we will be able to get more mainstream adoption.

Security is of the pivotal importance here. People, when their bank accounts get hacked, just get paid by insurance most of the times. If their bitcoins would get hacked, they would have lost it. That's why securing coins easily is very important.

If you asked the average Joe in 1995 about the internet, they would find it also complicated. The same is going to be true for bitcoin.

I dnt think that the use of bitcoin as a consumer is complicated at all, it only gets complicated if one chooses to go deeper through trading or even trying to make an altcoin

Most of the people may find some complications to adopt any new technology. Even a right hand side diver will find difficulties on a left hand drive vehicle. So, bitcoin may have some difficulties. But we need to learn them to enjoy the true real time benefits bitcoin can provide us. Learning and getting practice will overcome any complications in time.

I think storing and creating (mining) of bitcoin is the most complicated aspects of bitcoin. While latter is limited to few people and is not required for every bitcoin user to become familiar with but storing is definitely a part of using a bitcoin and is still a very complicated process. We must simplify safe storing of Bitcoin if we want it to become mass currency

Even if detaining some btc and storing them are not that difficult, it's still too complicated for the average people. When i try to talk about bitcoin to friends and family they just don't see the point of cryptocurrency.

Partly I agree but on the other hand just imagine if say 50 years ago you introduce a laptop to an average person saying "It will be much more simple to write letters with it". My point is people might become smarter with time and then even current Bitcoin system without being simplified would be acceptable by many.
