I think next year we will see either 10$ or 2000$. Because EVERYONE expect a huge uptrend with the halving. If it will not occur, most of the holders will sell and quit.

Go get a job instead of wasting ur time with scams
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

what makes you think we'll see $10 on the low or $2000 on the high? either way, your predictions are way off. the only thing i agree with is that too many people are waiting for something to happen.

I believe in this prediction because anything is possible. If Bitcoin's current price 230$ without being backed by some metal is possible then it can reach to that what you predicted too. This is quite possible even before that time to reach at this high.

You just don't get bitcoin at all.. not one bit.  The idea you can back something with gold in this day and age is a joke.  Merica and friends will come steal it all and torture you for years just for good measure.

Bitcoin blows gold out of the water in rarity the only thing is people need to see it as value.

The idea of backing bitcoin with gold is stupid.. sorry man but it really is.

agreed.  It would defeat the purpose.  Gold-Standards don't work because you have to trust someone not to spend the gold out of the back of the warehouse.  I'm not even sure how that would work.  Even if you attach a bitcoin address to a serial number, you still have to trust that uncle sam isn't going to stamp over the serial number and sell it behind your back.

Gold is great.  Silver is great.  But in your own possession.  Bitcoin is superior as a currenccy

Well, prices seem a bit random but there might be something to it.

I doubt you'll keep 100% accurate though.

If Bitcoin's current price 230$ without being backed by some metal
And what exactly is gold backed by?

At least Bitcoin is backed by verifiable, transparent, open source cryptography. In the digital age that bears more backing weight than some metal having supposed 'intrinsic value' (despite the fact that you can't eat it, can't live in it, can't burn it to get warm, and can't store or move or spend it easily).

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

You can't eat, live in, burn or even spend bitcoin very easily.  You can store and move it a lot easier than gold.

Are you kidding? Now that we live in the information age, I can spend Bitcoin easier than any other means of payment.

In terms of efficiency, flexibility, speed, ease of use, accessibility and safety, Bitcoin is lightyears ahead to all other forms of money or payment systems.

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

I miss that chance too. Many of us did, now we would be rich that is truth. There is altcoin faucets where you claim full coins, its same with bitcoin 7 years ago, you need to believe in something and maybe, only maybe you will earn a fortune from that. Now its easy to say how would you farm faucets when 1 bitcoin is + 900 dollars, back that for many people that was a joke like many alt-coins are jokes now to us.

With this predictions we will be millionaires soon. Can we speed up this process somehow, I would like to go on long vocation this summer.
