Getting the error in all versions, including the latest one (2.8.3).
I know this is a known issue, but I haven't found a clear answer it.

I already tried a complete uninstall of the GPU drivers with a pass of  driver sweeper,
if anybody has a good solution I would love to hear.
No, I don't want to format my pc, and like I said, I already tried the solution that is given normally.

Might be an issue of hardware selection, I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I was being dumb guys.
If anyone is having the same problem make sure you remove all the nvidia physicx and such as well, otherwise you won't be able to mine.
