I doubt there is service like that. It's not very safe for downloading file just for receive some btc. Imagine if you download file and that file has malware or virus, and that malware or virus can steal your btc. That was very dangerous.

Agree, same like me, i'm too afraid if the file is contain malware, because i still didn't know how to avoid/cure an android device if it affected by malware.

Unfortunately,There is only 1 app like that which provides bitcoins for downloading apps which is coinbucks...You can find it in playstore...but not very offers are available...I also wish someone develop more android apps to earn bitcoins

Ah yes, i forget with http://coinbucks.io/ i have already download the app but like you said, the offers is not often to available, so i never use this app. actually the app is not only earn for download an app, also you can find an offer like do survey or small task.
