Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The IPO actually ended 24hours earlier than it was intended, but rather than extending it, which would be unfair to current investors, i had to honor it. the source and wallet were already lined up to be released after the 19th. At very least 3 transactions linked to that addy indicate you self-funded your own ico. It really makes no difference which exchange that addy belongs, there is only one jerk here and he sent you almost $1080 within the last seconds. Obviously it's you. I dont think your quite with it. just because i have been sent more than one transaction from poloniex, does not mean its the same person, poloniex is a very largely used exchange. Wallet?
