I wouldn't worry too much about the feedback left by members like $$$bitcoiner$$$ and Floop, they are just worthless scammers i have caught out before, probably more alts of Rago.

As for your loan 0.15BTC will be hard to get with basically no collateral (i don't think anybody will take the you have offered).

No there is always a reason.
If you are a newbie and get here asking for a loan, you will most likely end up with lots of negative feedback.
