No bitcointalk or cryptocointalk activity for 1 year, it looks like they locked the threads. No twitter activity for 7 months. No posts on their Wordpress blog in more than a year. Perhaps worst of all, their 'official' website, uro.io now links redirects to an Ebay user feedback page (someone with terrible feedback I may add). The coin has dropped from a peak of $1,800,000 to $30,000.

Is it not shameful that these major crypto exchanges are still offering this? It still has volume for god knows why ($200 today), maybe there is some molecule of a chance that the owners locked everything down to accumulate before a big announcement but it's so unlikely.

cryptsy doesn't seem to delist anything, it must be beating Bittrex's low volume removal and poloniex I have no idea.

Poloniex removes coins from time to time that have very low trading volume, so may be there are any trading volume on poloniex exchange for URO that why they didn't delisted it

So why are people still buying this piece of shit? I guess just because it's so 'cheap' compared to its peak regardless of the circumstances?

network wise it still may have value.  the mining schedule is not bad.
x11 was mined on all the pools.
being listed on all 3 main usa exchanges is worth $30k.

but some work is required to make uro viable ... basic web stuff, block explorers.

but no one seem to be doing any of that stuff ;/

As long as there are some server/nodes online and as long as there is some interest then exchanges could continue to list the coin.
