Simply rename it to '' new faucets list'' and move it to the correct place in service announcements =>micro earning.
I will give you an example of mining so you understand it: if someone has a hardware (antminer7, ... etc) that helps him to resolve equations in order to get bitcoins then we can say he is a miner but using faucets to get few satoshi is another thing.

I said 'few' comparing to the time that you spend there to collect thoses coins.
I mean how much time you have to spend to collect 100,000 satoshi (still nothing comparing to other investment).
With faucets unless you have dozens of referrals else it is waste of time for someone with your rank who can join for example a signature compaign.
Don't understand that i don't use or hate faucets, i simply wanna told you that there is way better solutions without investment nor ghs
