When you created the blockchain.info wallet, you should have gotten a mnemonic and written it down. If you still have it, then go to their website and when you get to the login page, click on the "recover wallet" button on the right side. Then enter the mnemonic in the box for it and it will decrypt your password and give it to you in plain text.

This is correct. Blockchain.info does not stores users passwords on their side and which is why they can't recover it, even they can't access the funds and if you can't remember it the funds will stay there forever. Don't tell anyone any part of your password in hope that they will be able to recover it, they won't and even if they do they won't give you anything.

Did you take any backups of your blockchain wallet? If so you can import it's keys to another wallet and get hold of your funds.

Do you have the mnemonic they gave you when you created the account?

The wallet json will be very useful. It is a backup of your wallet. Although if it is encrypted, your screwed.

Create a new blockchain.info wallet account. You aren't getting your old one back. The go to the import/export tab. Click "I Understand" then go to import wallet. Copy and paste the json text into the box and click Import Wallet. You should now be able to spend the Bitcoin from that wallet in this new account.

If you have "wallet.aes.json" then it contains the keys to your wallet addresses. Here's a guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=594570.0 on how to decrypt the json file and  once you have the keys you can either import them into Electrum or make a new blockchain wallet and import them there. There's a decryption tool at the last post of that thread.

I think the problem might be that when you take a backup of you wallet from blockchain info they encrypt it with the same password (unless you exported it unencrypted) and which is why you're not able to decrypt it. Even if you make a new wallet at blockchain.info it would have to be with the same password or else it won't be imported. And since you used the Dropbox version I am assuming it will be encrypted, sorry but unless you can think of that password, you're not getting your funds.

Blockchain.info is not like any other web wallet..You can't just recover forgotten password by entering email..There is only one way to revover the password if you still have that mnemonic code which you got when you registered your wallet...If you don't have that then i am afraid you can't login again

Are you sure about that they NOT save your password?

I lost my identifier a while ago and email about them how i could find it back they reply was this:

We can try to find back your identifier by your PASSWORD or your email!

Really? That sounds to me like a fishing attempt. Beware of these mails as they may look like they have come from original source but they are not and never give away your wallet password to anyone. They can recover your identifier with your email but you don't need to ask them to recover as the verification mail you receive from them already has the identifier in it.

Afaik they don't store your password and they make that very clear when you sign up, read this if you're not sure.

https://blockchain.info/wallet/security
https://blockchain.info/wallet/technical-faq

The only way to know a forgotten password is with your Mnemonic Phrase which is presented to you when you make the wallet and which is why they ask you to keep it safe.

But all the above being said, online wallets still are not safe and if can they should be avoided, desktop wallets are still more safer than them.

An easy way to recover your wallet if you have the backup is to click on the Import Wallet button on the right side of the page. Then follow the instructions and it will make a new wallet account using the data from your old wallet.
