Looking to buy some BTC with PPMC. (PayPal My Cash) I'm looking at -5% under bitstamp. If needed I will provide receipt also I will be buying the cards with cash. Escrow wellcomed you pay the fee tho. Always be mined full with dealing with PPMC always ask for receipt with paid in cash if someone buys it with a credit card or bank card they can reverse it.
