Banned account

Hi, since 2 weeks i can't access to my btctalk account. i'm getting this message "Sorry hackmastory, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email acct****15@theymos.*****d.com".

I don't know why i'm banned. I send a message to this mail without answer. Can someone help please.

sometimes for security reasons accounts are locked. There are security trigger that are unknown to common people.

there is a chance that you or some hacker tried to reset your account. Just wait that BadBear and Theymos usually do they best to unlock accounts locked for security

I just checked your account profile and posts so you won't be able to recover your account using signed message like btvGainer suggested since you never posted an adress and you only have 5 posts : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=454660;sa=showPosts

All you can do now is wait for BadBear or Theymos to see this topic and they should you help you out . also your account probably got locked for trying change password using the secuirty question and not the email .

They will also read your mail, it just takes time. IIRC BadBear (one of the admins) said they do most of the mails over the weekend. When did you send the mail?

I sent two mails on September 8th. But never receive answer from him.

Its really hard to get the reply from them try sending personal message on this forum to Theymos mostly he replys fast here !

The account gets locked when you try changing your account password through Secret Answer, My account was locked too and I sent a mail with all proofs, sadly I didn't get a reply for 4-5 Days, then I sent a PM to both BadBear and Theymos, And for like after 2-3 Days, I reminded Theymos again and in a few hours I got his reply saying account is unlocked, and yes it was

Yes i used the same email i registered
