As per this https://github.com/bitcoinj/bitcoinj/issues/1082

bitcoinj 0.11 ignores outputs having multisig address and (therefore) gives wrong indices #1082

This seems to be a serious problem if people use bitcoinj to monitor incoming transactions.

Can anyone confirm if this problem is indeed with bitcoinj code?
And does this imply that we need to urgently upgrade to latest bitcoinj?
