i bought some bitcoins but my client was not syncronised
need help syncronising my bitcoin client or extracting private key so i can acess my wallett

What Bitcoin client are you using? If it's Bitcoin-Qt then you can just leave it running overnight and it will synchronize by itself.

Just a little patience. The initial synchronization can take from a few hours to a day or so, as per the FAQ:

Open your bitcoin-qt client and leave it running for a day or two, it should download the blockchain automatically and be synchronized within a few hours to a few days.

If that doesn't work, try using the "rescan" launcher from my "BTC/LTC Newbie Tools for Windows" package: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=113707.0

The rescan option will usually fix frozen blockchain downloads and/or missing blockchain info/transactions.
