Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'm not sure bulls would appreciate a coin with a ticker of fall. Maybe you should rethink the ticker.

The maximum coins possible for POW stage is currently 14,491,274 + pre-mine. POS starts after 5 hours, so this number should be much less.

These stats may change before launch.

Yes, if it isn't taken. ATM is very nice.

Plans are to use a large part of premine for an IRC giveaway right at launch. So, if you do not own mining hardware, no problem. You will still be able to be part of launch if you join the party.

The problem with premine.  Huh

If we make large premine, no one will mine it and yell scam. If we do not premine any coins there will be no coins to continue development, and no coins for giveaway and people will yell scam. If we make small premine only for giveaway, there will not be coins for developing, and people will still yell scam. How should this problem be corrected? What will be accepted the people? It seems anyway we go people will yell scam.

People will yell scam no matter what you do.  You could put buy support at 100 BTC per coin and not mine a single coin for yourself and they would still yell scam. Can't please everybody in this forum. I'd go for a 5 - 10 % premine.

Because of some technical issues, there will be a 24-hour delay on the release.
September 24 12:00am GMT is the target launch time now.

Sorry our town had an unscheduled electric outage last night. We are really close to being able to launch. We just need to make a new genesis, and fix a couple visual problems. 6 hours from now is target.

A pool would be great, does anyone know where we can get one? How much BTC do pools charge to add?
