I tried to buy bitcoins 2 days ago, only I had an issue mid transaction with my internet banking (sorted now), Then I retried a few times the next day only to be told it couldn't be done and mentions of a limit. I could
understand that problem had i successfully finished my order! I've sent several emails trying to get a response from bitinstant live chat/emailing with no reply. Is this standard practice?

I'm having the same shitty experience. 60 + hours and no coins and the run around from support. They keep telling me another day another day. It's crap

You did search the Newbee area to necropost in a 4 Month old complain about Bitinstant and missed out the Bitinstant support thread?
