You should give out some vouch copies to trusted forum members in order to build a good reputation. After you have some positive vouches people will start buying from you.

I'll add my personal experience here.

I bought a single item from this seller and it was delivered as promised. 10 cents aren't that big of a deal to me anyway but the item was delivered so no problems in that regard. That still doesn't mean you should trust this seller with big amounts though.
